OREO BISCOTTI
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
16 Oreos, chopped
Optional:
Dip baked biscotti in melted almond bark and sprinkle with Christmas sugar/sprinkles.
Mix sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla. Add flour, baking powder, salt. Stir in Oreos. Divide mixture in half and shape into a 9×13 rectangular shape. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes. Cut into diagonal pieces with the cut sides up. Bake another 10-12 minutes.
Use with coffee or as a dessert!
